FAMI-KAN (the "Service") is a bill-splitting and settlement support web application operated by TETRAS Ltd. (the "Company"). Data entered by users on event screens (event names, member names, amounts, etc.) is stored via encrypted communication in a cloud database (Supabase) used by the Company. Event data can only be accessed by users who know the URL, and since the URL is generated as a random string (UUID v4), it is practically impossible for a third party to guess and access it. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us using the email address below.
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own information held by the Company. Such requests can be made by contacting us using the email address below. Once identity has been confirmed, we will respond within a reasonable period.
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy without notice due to changes in laws or the content of the Service. The revised policy will take effect upon being posted on this page. Where significant changes occur, we will provide notice within the Service or on our website.
