Director ×2.0, Manager ×1.5, Regular ×1.0, Newcomer ×0.5—calculating 4 tiers by hand and fighting over cents
Just create categories and choose ratios. Any number of tiers—rounding to the nearest dollar is automatic. Surplus is shown instantly, so no one gets shortchanged.
"That person didn't get the drink package"—one exception and the whole calculation falls apart
Set a fixed amount for the exception (e.g., a fixed $30). The rest is auto-distributed among other members. No more broken math.
Messaging each person their amount is tedious, and then comes "Why this amount?"
Just share one URL. Everyone can see their amount and the ratio logic on their phone—zero explaining needed.
